QOS offers a partner portal that is complete with deal submission, funnel management, marketing and co-branding materials, knowledgebase, and training information. Commissions and Reporting

QOS has a highly defined escalation process for customers. This includes direct access to our NOC team all the way through executive escalations as needed. Rules of Engagement - QOS Networks recognizes that at times multiple Agents, and or subagents, may be engaged with a Customer or prospective Customer. If situation arises Company will provide contract terms and pricing based on the design in which each Agent, and or subagent, brought to Company or was determined by discovery through the actions of that Agent, and or subagent, and Company. If multiple Agents, and or subagents, are providing a like for like contract terms and pricing to Customer, Company will maintain price parity across each Agent, and or subagent, opportunity. Should Customer or prospective Customer execute a contract or service order with Company sales credit will be awarded to the Agent, and or subagent, relationship that secured the contract or service order. Education and Training - complete sales training and product training is available today in our partner portal, Concourse. There is also a complete document repository for customer-facing materials as well and materials that can be co-branded with the partners logo and contact information.
