Intelligent Network Monitoring

The QOS Intelligent Network Platform is the combination of advanced monitoring, analytics, and management.


The Platform brings the entirety of the network “news”, more than 200 data points, to a single management plane and interprets that data. The Intelligent Network Platform is technology- enabled through automation and correlation, taking data inputs and ultimately delivering a less noisy and more streamlined method for communicating the needs of the network.

The Intelligent Network Platform is designed to reduce manual effort, better monitor your network, and provide insights and alerts that really matter. Making network changes can be tiresome and tedious. QOS has made it simple to made adds or changes to your edge network

Our intelligent platform doesnt just turn up any old configuration, but one based on historic changes that can help to optimize and configure your network to perform efficiently. QOS also follows ITIL processes. Our internal change management team is ITIL certified. We confirm the process for change requests along with factoring in customer-defined maintenance windows and complete with a rollback plan.

Support Integration

QOS has established their managed services support tools to integrate with customers existing or new platforms such as ServiceNow or SolarWinds.

We make it incredibly easy to tie in ticket management, reporting and monitoring, and site management from your central systems. We’ll help configure ebonding to ServiceNow and coordinate the amount of visibility within the platform to alert the QOS team once it hits an escalation threshold.

Automation Designed for Success

At QOS networks we go beyond passive monitoring and reactive management with an AIOps approach that seeks to identify changing conditions, and spot anomalies such as falling QOE metrics and other operating parameters that approach or pass pre-determined thresholds.

With API-based proactive monitoring and advanced analytics, the NOC team can troubleshoot issues and ferret out anomalous behavior that might otherwise escape detection.

Carrier Management

There’s nothing worse than having a network outage and then having to communicate with your service provider to remediate the issue. QOS offers full carrier management, meaning we’ll submit the ticket and work with your service provider to keep the break fix process moving. We’ll also work with the service provider directly to identify root cause for outages.


From advanced uptime metrics, event correlation, and identifying security risks, the QOS team is able to monitor your entire network and deliver insights into areas that need a bit of TLC.

Change & Configuration Management

The number one reason networks go down is because of people making changes which creates unanticipated effects and those changes are not documented and then they have to try to roll back the change. Our team ensures that any changes do not have a negative impact to the network and does a full testing process before roll out. QOS also documents all the changes that are made to prevent configuration drift from occurring over time.
