QOS Networks is excited to recognize our partner of the year for 2018, Sidepath. Sidepath has partnered with QOS Networks for a few years and has been a crucial partner as QOS has grown their SD-WAN presence in the market. As a technology consultancy and data center VAR, Sidepath has high demands for their partners to deliver cutting edge solutions to their customers.
During 2018, Sidepath partnered with QOS to deliver hundreds of new SD-WAN locations to customers across the globe. Sidepath chose to partner with QOS Networks due to their ability to work not just with the SD-WAN solution, VMware’s SD-WAN by VeloCloud, but their ability to act as an agnostic vendor for other carrier or technology solutions. This allows Sidepath to manage their customer as needed and rely on QOS to support their efforts and needs.
What made you choose QOS as a partner?
QOS has been flexible and product expert with the leading product service for SD-WAN and built the knowledgebase and expertise on supporting customers on that product. QOS has focused heavily over 2018 around being a leading managed network service provider and delivering above-standard solutions to their partners and their customers. Sidepath works with vendors to deliver the best-in-breed technology solutions and has a high affinity for delivering complex solutions to large enterprises.
Why have you continued to partner with QOS?
QOS has gone above and beyond to make mountains move for our customers. One example was a potential customer who was needing support during an outage in the evening hours. It only took a single call for the QOS team to answer the phone and to work on their outage that evening. The customer had been in proof of concept and that next morning they were moving forward with signing their contract. The service that QOS offers didn’t just stop at the PoC stage – it has continued throughout the lifetime of our customers.
